Instead, she works with clients to help them discover how to fuel their bodies and become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves.
Tara is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach who received her training from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in their Health Coach Training Program. Combining her knowledge as a Massage Therapist and Health Coach, she focuses on whole body health and wellness.
